Learn how to go from

THIS
1. Open up the picture you want to use, I chose
this one.
2. Duplicate the base layer and set it to
Screen at 50% opacity.

3. Duplicate the layer again and this time set it to
Soft Light at 50% opacity.
4. Go to
Layer >New Adjustement Layer >Hue/Saturation and set the saturation to +31. Click ok.
5. Go to
Layer >New Adjustement Layer >Selective Color and set the following settings:
Reds: -56, +18, -15, +14
Yellows: +49, -17, +83, +13
Cyans: +100, 0, 0, +100
Neutrals: -17, +2, +9, +4
5. Go to
Layer >New Adjustement Layer >Levels and select
Red in the Channel drop down box and enter in 63, 1.00, 252 for the Input Levels. Click ok.
6. Go to
Layer >New Fill Layer >Solid Color and enter in
310101 and click ok. Set the layer to
Exclusion at 100% opacity.
7. Go to
Layer >New Adjustement Layer >Hue/Saturation and make the Saturation +20.
You're done! Your picture should've turned out like
this. Keep in mind that this coloring may not work for every picture, the coloring on the original picture must be similar to the one I used for it to work well.
