1.Open up the picture you want to use, I chose
this one.
2. Duplicate the base layer and set it to
Screen at 80%.
3. Duplicate the base layer one more time and set it to
Soft Light at 80% this time.
4. Next go to
Layer >New Adjustement Layer> Hue/Saturation and set the Saturation to
+ 50.
5. Now go to
Layer >New Adjustement Layer> Selective Color and set the following settings:
Reds: -63, +10, -87, +22
Cyans: +100, 0, 0, 0
Whites: +100, 0, 0, 0
Nuetrals: -1, 0, +5, +22
