Learn how to do some simple editing on a picture in Photoshop.
1. Open the picture you want to use. I chose
this one.
2. Click on the base layer and duplicate it. Set the duplicated layer to
Screen at an Opacity of 100%.
3. Duplicate the base layer again, and set it to the same settings as last time. For the picture I'm using, this brightness is enough. For another, the base layer may have to be duplicated a few more times or only once.
4. Duplicate the base layer one last time and drag it to the top of your layer palette, but this time set it to
Soft Light at an Opacity of 80%.
Your layer palette should now look like this:

5. Merge the layers.
You're done! Add some text or whatever you wish and you now have a nice quality picture. Experiment more with settings and you'll become a pro in no time!
My finished product came out like
this.
